Privacy Policy

Effective June 27, 2026 · Last reviewed June 27, 2026

incresco is operated by Social Intelligence Labs, a Delaware limited liability company (“SIL,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the incresco service. We aim to collect only what we need to run the product.

1. Customer data we collect

From people who use incresco, we collect: email, display name, profile photo URL, OAuth identifiers, billing details processed by our payment provider, your tracking history and in-app activity, support communications, IP address and approximate geolocation, and product-analytics events. Session replay is disabled globally.

2. Data about tracked creators

When you track a creator, we retrieve information from publicly visible social profiles: usernames, display names, bios, follower and following counts, verification status, public post metrics, and public contact methods. We do not access private accounts, private posts, direct messages, or any private communication.

3. How we use information

We use information to deliver the service and its analytics, authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

  • Account data — until you delete it.
  • Server logs — up to 90 days.
  • Tax records — 7 years.
  • Event-level analytics — 13 months.
  • Backups — up to 30 days after deletion.

5. Service providers and sub-processors

We share data with vetted providers that operate under data-processing agreements, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Convex (database), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (product analytics). For LLM-based classification of data concerning individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, processing is performed exclusively with Anthropic, which holds EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies (Clerk, Cloudflare, Stripe) and functional cookies (Vercel, brand preference). Product analytics via PostHog are enabled on an opt-in basis where required by your jurisdiction. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

7. International data transfers

For transfers of EEA, UK, or Swiss data, we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where available, and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses together with transfer-impact assessments.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal information — including under the GDPR/UK GDPR and U.S. state laws (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others). Email privacy@socialintelligencelabs.com to make a request. We typically respond within 45 days (U.S. states) or one month (GDPR), with extensions where permitted.

9. Removal for tracked individuals

If you are not a customer and want data about your public profile removed, email privacy@socialintelligencelabs.com. We will delete cached data across tracked sets, add your handle to a no-fetch list, and revoke share tokens, with a 7-business-day internal target.

10. Security

We use TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest by our storage providers, and require multi-factor authentication for administrative access. In the event of a personal-data breach, we notify regulators within 72 hours (GDPR Art. 33) and affected individuals without undue delay. Report security concerns to security@socialintelligencelabs.com.

11. Children

incresco is intended for business use and requires users to be at least 18. For tracked individuals aged 13–17, we honor removal requests. Any data concerning children under 13 will be deleted consistent with COPPA upon notice.

12. Changes, contact, and representatives

We may update this Policy and will announce material changes on this page with at least 14 days’ notice to active customers where practicable. For privacy questions, contact privacy@socialintelligencelabs.com. Our EU/UK Article 27 representative is Prighter Group. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
