How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of full tracking — no credit card required. Track your creators, review the latest available metrics, and see breakout detection and per-creator scorecards before you pay anything. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
What am I actually billed for?
You track as many creators as you like — usage is metered only by the number of content items (videos) you track. Pulse includes 1,000 tracked videos and Velocity includes 5,000. When you approach your limit we prompt you to upgrade rather than silently cutting you off.
What's the difference between Pulse and Velocity?
Pulse ($49/mo) is a single-seat workspace for tracking a focused roster with outlier detection and CSV export. Velocity ($124/mo) adds Discovery search, up to 5 team seats, and multiple client workspaces — built for agencies running several rosters.
Can I run multiple clients in separate workspaces?
Yes. Velocity includes multiple client workspaces and team seats, so an agency can wall off each client's roster, scorecards, and reporting — self-serve, without an Enterprise sales call. Enterprise unlocks unlimited workspaces plus SSO and an API.
Do you pay creators or handle payouts?
No. incresco is creator-performance intelligence — scorecards, breakout detection, and analytics. It does not run creator payments. If you need in-tool payouts, pair incresco with a dedicated creator-ops or payments tool.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. There's no long-term contract on the self-serve plans.
